Conscious Love does not flare and fade.
It is the first and only Law,
the thread on which all worlds are strung.
Through Conscious Love, all things are born,
held in being,
and drawn toward completion.
Live beneath this Law,
and the Absolute will breathe eternity into you.
Note for readers who may not be familiar with the concept of the Ray of Creation as described by Ouspensky:
There is a law that does not change and does not ask to be believed. It descends from the Absolute through world after world—each further from the source, each bound by more laws, more weight, more forgetting—until it reaches even here, World 96, where the sky is furthest from itself.
Yet the law does not weaken as it descends. It arrives whole. It arrives as Conscious Love—not the love that rises and passes, but the current beneath all currents, the single thread upon which the stars and the human heart are strung.
To live beneath this law is to stop waiting for the Absolute to draw nearer. It has never been far. Only we have forgotten how to obey its first and only law: Conscious Love.
