What can we really do to develop our consciousness? 

There are three basic ways in the practice of the Fourth Way that advance our “being” in parallel to our “knowledge.”

• Dividing our attention, we check both our emotional and intellectual intelligence, while simultaneously noticing anything else in the moment.
• Recognizing the six processes in nature, esoterically, in our five lower centers.
• Organizing sequences of six meaningful ‘I’s as thoughts that synchronize the parts of our being with the knowledge we already have. 

In a balanced state, our being can conceive, withstand, and abide in certain higher vibrations of consciousness. This is achieved both through our essence and higher centers.  

I still remember my impression while attending a Reiki class. It gave me my first certainty that a wonderful higher energy exists in our being. The teacher, two meters away from me, nudged me gently with her aura.  How could that happen?

It is remarkable to say that contradictions between my essence and personality acted as an opportunity for me to delve into B-influence studies such as psychology, philosophy and astrology.
Much later, studying how to practice the Fourth Way in my life, I find that it is invalid to accuse each other of deception, as we are overwhelmed by self-deception.

Mutual understanding

Self-understanding comes to us only when knowledge and being are practically synchronized. And mutual understanding among people is possible only when they have similar knowledge and similar being.

This mutual understanding is one and the same for all humans who gain it. With fresh intelligence and consciousness we can verify and practically repeat the ancient wisdom that we already understood. 

As humans, in part, we have an angelic structure. Activating the conscious cosmic rhythm within us, we make our being immune to planetary alignments. We feed on impressions and refine them around us while we are remembering that our work is to be just, kind, and true. 

That is our real argument and our unique debt to earth. We are not released from it until we are able, as humans, to emit what the interstellar angels emit. This is the reality of the conscious cosmic rhythm.
